I’ve never been a big fan of katsu. Pork chop is pork chop. That is until Yabu came. Then I became addicted. More with the unlimited cabbage & soup than anything else actually. Paired with katsu it brings so much joy into my life. Which is funny because it’s just shredded cabbage & I don’t find anything special about it at home. So it’s probably the dressing that adds a dash of magic to it & makes it oh so yummy.

MANILA, Philippines – A new Japanese pork cutlet restaurant has come to the country and is seeking to get a sizable portion of the “good [Philippine] market.”
Kimukatsu Philippines has opened its first restaurant at the Shangri-La Plaza in Mandaluyong City and is planning to put up four more stores within three years.
